Where does Threes Brewing ship?
We currently offer direct-to-consumer shipping for our beer to select states within the US where legal. Local delivery and nationwide shipping for merchandise are also available.
How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
All of our beer is stored cold at our brewery and packed in insulated, reinforced packaging to minimize temperature fluctuations and prevent breakage during delivery.
Do I need to be home to receive my beer delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid photo ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.
What is your return policy for beverages?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beer. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
Can I pick up my online order at one of your taprooms?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select 'In-Store Pickup' to collect your order at our Brooklyn or Greenpoint locations at no additional cost.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our core beers are vegan. However, some specialty releases may contain lactose or honey. Please check the specific product description on the shop page for full ingredient details.
