Illusion of Control (American Light Lager) - 7th Anniversary Beer

Illusion of Control (American Light Lager) - 7th Anniversary Beer

American Light Lager
3.5% ABV
Tasting Notes: Sweet Hay, Dried Jasmine, Light Berry, Balanced
4 X 12 oz. cans

Our lightest, crispest, chillest party beer to date. Brewed with high quality ingredients, and incorporating techniques we've learned over the last 7 years in the biz, we present you with this year's Anniversary Lager in 12 oz. cans, as a throwback to the early days of Threes.

It's an American Light Lager meant to mimic macro lagers, but in craft beer fashion. Flavorful yet smooth Carolina Gold rice sourced from Anson Mills (the same rice we use in Gowanus Gold, our Rice Lager) and corn from our good friends at Thrall Family Malt in Connecticut (the same corn we use in Echo of Nothing, our Mexican lager) work in tandem on this small lager to lighten it up and smooth it out.

Maintaining the simplicity of this style whilst making it exciting to drink made brewing this beer a personal challenge. Luckily, it's just the kind we love to take on. So while a lot may have changed in 7 years for us as a brewery, some things remain the same, and will continue on. Cheers.
