Due to the perishable nature of our products, Threes Brewing cannot accept returns on beer or food items once they have left our facility. If you experience an issue with your order or receive damaged merchandise, please contact our team within 14 days for a resolution.
Return Process

Carefully check your delivery upon arrival for any signs of damage, leaks, or incorrect items before opening the packaging.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is a defect or error, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label to help our team process your claim quickly.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos; we will review your request for a refund or replacement within 48 hours.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or a replacement shipment will be dispatched at no additional cost.
